In Internet lingo, it stands for "Big Beautiful Woman". It's supposed to put a positive, accepting spin on women that some people consider overweight. Note: there is no specific weight that makes someone a "BBW". It's very much an opinion thing. However, many suggest it's women who wear "plus-size" clothing.

I'd consider anyone in the 'obese' range of height/weight proportion to be a BBW, or, over 200 pounds.
SSBBW, I would consider to be over 300.

A Big Beautiful Woman is a relative notion.
For my part I'd say that it is anything that has fat rolls. The beautiful part would then only be true as long as the women keeps her clothes.
This is the same as chubby, plumper ...
Fatty is different, where the girl has some fat but does not have a lot of "love handles".
