I use to adjust the settings, but now that I am getting old it spins so fast and I sometimes feel like I am falling off of it.

No my world spins slow and I can adjust to most settings.

It spins to the speed of sound, baby. Adjustments are very hard to make.

45 rpm. 78 and you would sound like Alvin and the chipmunks. 33 and you would sound like Barry White. I have tried to adjust it but I always go back to that setting

Fast enough to keep me alert, slow enough to keep me happy. I adjust when necessary, life seems to adjust to me as well.

I adapt pretty well physically but mentally I am about 2 steps behind.
