Some people are born with certain problems of the brain or perhaps something happened along the way that affected their brain.
Parents are to blame for a lot of these people that are "slow" but NOT all.
I believe other people just don't bother to try to learn about everything they can and prefer to play games on a box like Nintendo. They are experts on the games but have NO experience of the OUTSIDE world so they cannot carry on discussions outside of the "game".
I know a young man that I told to "open the tail gate" of my pickup truck. He says "what is a tailgate"? I showed him and he went back to the tailgate and said "how do I open it"? This young man is VERY intelligent and is 15 yrs old. He just doesn't know anything about the REAL LIFE!!!! Why? Sitting and staring at a monitor while playing GAMES day in and day out. Whose to blame? I blame his parents for not using a sledge hammer on the game box. Good Grief!!! Pops

Go over to the horoscopes section and just look at some of the simple words that are misspelled??????????? Three and four letter words???? When you can't even spell soul, (it comes out saol) now THAT'S dumb!!!!!!!!!!!!

a mixture of genetics, social life and experiences, where you grow up, who raised you and how they raised you. Also not using your brain. Like they say, if you dont use it you lose it
