If it's water based (latex, 100% acrylic, water bourne, etc...etc..) your fine unless your allergic to latex, i.e. dishwashing gloves, surgical gloves, ballons, etc..
Ifits oil based go stay in a motel or friends till painting is done.

It's fine...as long as you're not EATING the paint, you're fine. Think of how many people likely paint a nursery while pregnant? Being around the fumes for a little bit at a time (like when using your newly painted bathroom) is perfectly fine. All will be okay.

It is a better idea to stay away from paint untill it is compleatly dry and the room is rid of all fumes, but i painted my whole house when i was 3 months prego, and now have a healthy and happy baby girl. I dont think it has hurt you, but in the future stay away from strong fumes and chemicles. Good luck and dont worry.

My husband and I had just moved into our apartment when I got pregnant, and I spent a lot of time in paint fumes. My advice is to let it air out as much as possible, and don't worry about it. Air pollution is probably 10X worse, and we usually don't suffer any ill effects from that. If you're really worried about it, the talk to your doctor at your next appt. As long as your not feeling bad, then don't stress! Good luck and congrats on your pregnancy!!

If it's water based (latex) paint you have nothing to worry about. If it's oil based I wouldn't wanna spend the night breathing it so either go downstairs or stay somewhere else overnight. Either way open a window to vent it out. I'm sure you'll be just fine!!

I painted apartments with my husband during the majority of the first half of my pregnancy. It never hurt my baby.

Just make sure the paint is water based and you have PLENTY of ventilation and fresh air.

You should be fine. Keep your windows open a little and be sure you're getting lots of fresh air until the paint dries.
