of mental problems for me, is there anyway I can sue them now, before I didnt want to because it was causing to much anxiety but i just feel I need justice, can you still sue if its like 4 or 5years ago?

I believe 3 years is the limit. There are plenty of lawyers around, though, who might try another angle. I can't understand why
insurance is not paying for ongoing trauma - there is no limit on
that unless you got a settlement and signed off. Good luck

Most states have a statute of limitations which allows you to collect damages, including pain and suffering, for up to 3 years from the date of the accident. I don't know any state which allows a 5-year statute of limitations, but you could check for the personal injury laws.

Try standing on your own two feet instead of thinking that someone "owes" you something. If it was a problem, you should have fixed it when it happened. Knock off the "I had too much anxiety" garbage and grow up! No wonder this country is going down the crapper...people like you actually think this is o.k.!

I went through something similar. Let the anger go. It impacts you physically way more than we realize.

i think it depends on where you live, there is a statute of
limitation..
