What's the big deal? It is just one kind of red meat but you will be better off if you avoid it! You never know what's in store with the mad-cow disease and all that!

Anyway, anyone would have if he/she had eaten a hamburger which is normally stuffed with this meat!

Yes, I've had steak & hamburger, shredded szechuan beef, meat loaf, meatballs, roast beef, corned beef, brisket, Jamaican beef patties -I've eaten beef in many different ways.
