i own a repair shop,and i think you meant to say it wont start on wet days,it has a bad distributor cap on it , i do this all the time and run across this problem all the time on the Chevy's just put a cap on it and it will be fine,,Good luck i hope this help,s.

usually that is because either the distributor cap or spark plug wires are faulty. start it up, take a spray bottle of water & spray a mist over the wires. if they snap crackle & pop, replace them.
otherwise, replace the cap & rotor.

Replace the dist. cap,rotor and ign.wires and youl be fine.

you are getting moisture in the ignition module if you change it it should work all of the time

YOUR COIL IS RIGHT INSIDE THE PASENGER SIDE TIRE I BET THERE IS A CRACK IN THE CASE OR ITS A LITTLE LOOSE DEFINENTLY IGNITION
