Proposition 86 if passed would add a tax of $2.60 to each pack of cigarette in california.

Prop 86 in CA? No. It's totally wrong.

Prop 86, in California, will probably pass. I voted NO. Smokers are a minority, which is why it will probably pass. Voters didn't read that Hospitals will now be exempt from Anti-trust laws. They will also reap 90% of the benefits from this proposition, to repay themselves for uninsured and/or underinsured patients,
while allowing them to raise costs with no oversight. And now it will be a State Law!!!!!! Knee-jerk voting, not reading the proposed law. All Californians will pay now.

Not familiar with Prop 86 here in Wisconsin! Can you expand upon this?

I wanted it to until i saw that not much of the tax goes to the heathcare its supposed to so no now i dont want it to pass
