No one can answer this question regardless of your age.
You can wake up one morning healthy, and have an accident on the way to the store, work, or while traveling.
I am 58 and I hope that I am around for another 20 years, but it is not guaranteed.
I wish you the best of luck and I hope that you make it more than 20 years.

Well that depends on how old you are, really, as well as what type of lifestyle you have. It also depends on the genetic traits you inherited from your parents. Probably the best factor to determine natural longevity is to look at how well your relatives are doing.
In addition to that, there are things you can do to help the situation. Do you often take unnecessary risks? Do you look before crossing the street? Eat a well-balanced diet? Have people in your life who you can go to during difficult times? If you take care of yourself you will greatly improve your chances to live old.
