I have 2 sticks in there one is 128 mb and the other is 64 mb. Can i put another 128 mb stick in place of the 64 mb.

You can IF the 128 mb stick is the correct type and speed of memory. With the PC off, remove the 64 and put in the 128. At worst, if it is the wrong memory, your computer will not boot. You will get no display or it will beep at you. If that happens, turn it off and put the old 64 memory chip back in.

Yes you can. Your system will handle up to 512MB of memory so you could replace both sticks with 2x 256 MB SDRAM sticks but that would almost quadruple your cost.

You may also want to look into upgrading your video. Your system has an older integrated video system which uses system memory. Adding a pci graphics card for another 40+ dollars. This will speed up your graphics and free up some system memory.

Absolutely, you have PC100 memory in it, so just make sure you're installing PC100 RAM. There should be only one notch on the bottom of the stick and the sticker should say PC100.
