I have a cell phone with me because i live out of town and in a rural area. My purse is tiny and contains my credit cards and receipts for the day. You could say i live an uncomplicated life and free of turmoil.

Everyday I carry a purse and a wallet and also a hair brush, never leave home without a hairbrush and some lip balm.

I carry a cell phone, because in my line of work, I am on call 24 hours, seven days a week and for emergencies.

A large shoulder bag (as I normally have other things in my hands..either shopping bags or books or coffee or something)...Cell phone (I work long hours - have to have my own phone...no personal calls at work)...Always a wallet & checkbook...duh..obvious reasons there.

A huge vintage Dooney AWL bag (status seeker, status lover)
Dooney wallet (same)
el cheapo cell phone (don't care, no one sees it, it's just for security)
lots of cosmetics/lipsticks (keeping up the facade)
enough cash to buy lunch (I might get hungry)

I always have my purse with me I cant leave without, I feel naked without it lol..I also always have to have something like lip gloss or chap stick...and of course my phone(thought I dont use it much, it's just in case I need it.)
