IF you have already had your regular gyn check, with a PAP smear already, there is no reason to repeat that, but make sure your doctors communicate and share the records that are pertinent.
Paperwork first, with intake info, including Review of Systems, past medical history and family medical history. Then you wait.
Then usually a nurse will take your vital signs, including temp, blood pressure and pulse rate.
The doctor will come in and ask if you have any concerns. He/she should then review your paperwork, and may ask some followup questions depending on your answers to the standard ROS. You will be asked to pee in a cup, as basic urinalysis is an easy test to run in the office, and is a good screening tool for many disorders.
Then comes the exam. You will be asked to strip to underwear and their gown. He/she SHOULD look at your retinas, in your ears, in your nose, in your throat. They should then feel under your chin and should check your thyroid, just below the larynx.. They should then auscultate your heart and lungs. They should do this for a reasonably long period of time, while truly listening, not a perfunctory stethoscope "placement" while continuing to chat. Then breast exam, then you lie flat and they should deeply palpate the abdomen. They should examine the nails of your hands and feet, as well as check all areas of the skin for abnormal nevi (moles). They should do some check of the reflexes, most use the knee but there are other sites also, like Achilles tendon, and some in the forearms.
The patient is their own best advocate. If there are any issues or concerns you have, make sure you write them down, and address them. Can't tell you how many people leave, and later on, slap their foreheads, realizing there was something they *meant* to ask, and were too nervous or distracted to do so.
Depending on what they observe, and in what age bracket you fall, they may want to do some followup screening tests, such as mammogram, blood count, cholesterol levels, etc.
Then you will get followup phone calls within a week or so after your test results have reached them.
FOLLOWUP BASED ON YOUR ADDED COMMENTS:
I would recommend you take your mom or sis or friend. The doctor should do a pelvic exam with pap smear. You probably will not get a mammogram, cholesterol test or any other lab work, unless they find something. A scoliosis screen should be included, which means you bend over away from them, while you are mostly nude, so they can check the alignment of your spine.
Relax. I find the most annoying part the long wait. You might be able to get homework done there, though. The magazines they provide are of notoriously poor quality. Take something you want to read.

Ummm I'm 13 so I don't really know, but I'm sure it Is just like a regular checkup! They'll measure you, weigh you, heart rate, blood pressure etc. I don't think they will do a breast exam, only If you say you are having problems. You'll be in and out in 15 mins! And then it will be over! I know how you feel, I don't like the doctor either =p good luck!

Yes, when you come in you will fill out a questionaire then they will have you take everything off and put you in a gown. they will go over any questions and concerns and they will perform a pap smear and check your breasts for any bumps. Just try to relax when performing the pap it will make it less uncomfortable. It is easier said than done. I have had two kids and I still get uncomfortable. Good luck!

a woman's yearly physical is usally a pap smear. If you are going to a regular general practitioner, they will ask when your last pap smear was and if you have a gynocologist to do that. Otherwise, they will recommend you have that done, also perform a breast examination.

Some do, some don't.
They'll take your vital signs, check your nerves (look at your eye movements, have you make faces, say ah, check your reflexes, etc), muscle strength, listen to your heart & lungs & belly, squish on your belly, look at your skin to see if you have precancerous lesions, watch you walk, and if you're over 50 you'll probably get a special surprise at the end.
They'll also order some bloodwork, probably.

You have a compete physical. Pap, weight, blood pressure, ears, back, legs, blood work. Heart, in some cases more tests are needed, for sugar, thyroid, hearing, eyes etc. A man the same work, just differtent parts.

Yes, the doctor will do a pap test and an internal exam. Annoying, mildly embarassing, but that's life.
