Santa Claus v the Martians. Features Pia Zadora as one of the children.
The Terror of Tiny Town, an all midget cast in a western.
I liked Attack of the Killer Tomatoes but dont think it qualifies for this question because it is intentionally funny.

This one independant film called Black Ninja we got from the movie store. It was a black guy going around as a ninja, and he was serious. There's no way they made that on anything less than a home camcorder. There was one scene that was so serious, but shot so badly that it didn't make sense. Apparently they caught his girlfriend and we're torturing her, but the ketchup they were using for the blood didn't look like blood at all. Then they replayed the ketchup spilling on her shirt about 3 times and showed black ninja with a look of what was supposed to be anguish on his face, and in a few moments from trying to comprehend what just took place my sister and I simply started laughing insanely out of the blue at the same time. Corniest theme music you'll ever hear in your life.

Not beaten yet in my movie's knowledge.
I also thought of Spiderman here, but it's an opinion rather than a movie biggie.
I wonder why they don't use a giant tissue (like when you actually kill a spider) rather than using 4 arms or creating killing machines.

Diary of a Mad Black female replaced right into a sturdy action picture until eventually the very end, while it ruined each and every thing. i won't be in a position to stand to exhibit screen it anymore because of the fact the ending of the action picture is so terrible.
