Anyone watch NBC channel 4 local news in Columbus, Ohio?

I'm here for work from Michigan and I was wondering: what is the deal with that one black newscaster - did he have a stroke or something because one side of his face looks totally paralyzed or something? On a side note, what is the deal with local news stations (everywhere) hiring such butt ugly men newscasters while the women are always fairly decent-looking?

Its because primarily men watch local news, and they don't trust pretty guys. And they like pretty woman. In areas where the demographic is different, you'll see different looking anchors.
