Elements of the fourth and higher main-energy levels do not follow the normal sequence for filling orbitals. Why is this so?

One applied retro answer is that orbittall materials are non
solid at present because the burn stage is under study. The
report you need is that solid fuel is the larger producer in space.
Solid fuel is theoretically stored in orbit itself. The great weight
study shows that hi weight materials need be atomically
numbered to hold reactives at minimum meaning nuclears
are not released into exposure to inhabitants. Fuel gives some
spoiled carbons, and activated pollutants and the luck of
recent atomic science has eliminated this weight and blows
smoke out the exhaust. With burn, clean burn, hot burn
issues many engines, furnaces, can be compared in package.

once u hit the fourth energy levels the 'D' block begins to fill. This block is the transition metals...the sequence that these elements follow is 4s1, 4s2, 3p1, 3p2, 3p3, 3p4, 3p4, 3p5,3p6,3p7,3p8, 3p9, 3p10, 4d1, 4d2, and so on and so forth... once u get to the 6th energy level the f block begins to fill starting with 6s's then 5d's then 6p's then the 4 f's, but u shouldnt worry about that, if you have to then u r in chem in college and well you should know this...
