(Of course, for all you touchy liberals out there, I mean this as a joke in every possible way because, unlike the asker, I don't think that any attack on American soil is a good one. Ummm under the constitution Bush can't run again and to change it you'd have to do the near impossible.
The US Constitution isn't say like...Venezuela's where Chavez changes it again and again so he can stay in power. Or say Iraq's.
