what do YOU do to understand it all? what process do you take...for example today while walking to my next class i realized that i was walking with my head down, when i realized this i put my head up an dsaw the sky and some clouds...it was very beautiful.so that observation made me more awar of the essences surrounding us...what about you, what do you do to see the truth?

Well In my opinion, you can only understand life backwards. So I look back at things Ive seen and done in the past to appreciate every spectrum of life and its meaning.

I stare at the stars and find some meaning; or as observing the nature of life, the sounds, the actions, just taking it all in with a beauty so much like a dream......

What I do to understand life.
I live it and I try to make myself willing to be the child as well as the man so I can see with new eyes to get a fresh prospective.
I allow myself to care, and fear, and get angry, and show sorrow.
Then I try very hard to tell myself the truth about what I have seen and experienced
