when you're mature enough to deal with the consequences and if you're ready emotionally

Well, there is no real healthy age to begin having sex. You should do it when you have learned what the consequences may be, and know how to avoid problems. Make sure you are with someone you can trust and use protection. The more the better, you could begin taking birth control and use a condom. Be careful, and be safe.

A healthy age would be after 20 as lots of problems usually set in for women who have sex too early or too late.

But what is even more healthier is for you to be married if possible. Or else, be sure that your partner isn't there just for the sex. Both of you must be ready and mature to know how to handle it and to take care of the consequences.

This will be different for every person. There is not a certain age when it is magically okay to start however. The time to start having sex is when you feel like you are ready to let someone you care about be that intimate with your body.

I would probably wait till you're married (like I am) or have it with a steady boyfriend who you really trust. But most loose their virginity in high school and early collage. I would say about 15-18? Although you want to do it with PROTECTION!

When you can go in a store and buy some sort of birth control and STD protection. For me though, I waited until I felt like I was confident enough about it to talk to my parents about it. If you are to ashamed to tell your parents you are having sex, you are to young to be doing it.

physicall : during or after puberty
but the consequences of getting pregnant during the teen years is likely death or some horrible illness ( for the baby )

ya know..... only 15 % of babies with teenage mothers are born without illnesses or deformities
scary isnt it = 0

emotionally : everybody knows when they are ready, it just feels right

When you are in love. I will not say when you are married because that is so old and cliche. Also remember to use protection....How old are you?

Your too young if your asking.
