it's easy u set up a table with 3 rows and few colum then u have somthing like this. point 3 for x like 2 postive and 2 negitive. You get a corrdinates by (x,y) like (0,0); etc

x !! 2x^2power !! y !! corrdinates
0 !! 2(0)=0 ^2 = 0 !! 0 !! (0,0)
1 !! 2(1) = 2 ^ 2 = 4 !! 4 !! (1,4)
etc......
