people say that I dont sound confident when Im telling the truth or proving a point

U can tell if a person is sincere and confident by his voice, body language and his eyes. Look the person you are talking to in the eyes, speak in a steady and low tone voice (ppl tend to put more trust and confidence in them compared to someone with a high pitched tone) and try not to figet.

Sorry, you can't fake sincerity. Too sound more confident, hold your head up and look people in the eye. Don't let others interupt you or talk over you. Think before you speak, address all of your opponents accusations. Use a good tone and clarity in your voice.

Just keep practicing and it will come. I know this may sound like a bunch of hoopla, but its true. It will take a long time. But, eventually you will notice that you are improving. Also, don't worry about what they are thinking when you speak. Pretend that you are talking to someone who has no doubts about what you are saying. Maybe you don't realize it but maybe you are thinking in the back of your mind that they aren't buying what you are saying and so it comes off like that. Hope this helps.

Before you say something consider these three things:
1. is it true?
2. is it important?
3. is it out of good intention?
If you can say YES to all three then you do more than just speak sincerely.

Try to think,speak an act in your life in the same way so people will respect you.And don't forget to look at people's eyes as you are talking to them.

Tell them you are swearing on your mothers life that you are not telling a lie.
Only do this if you are tellng the truth.

look them straight in the eyes when you say something. The eyes say alot.
