Where do you like to sit in the movie theatre?

slightly to the left or right of center, 1/2 way between the screen and the exit....may seem a little precise, but true, & i'd never really thought about it 'till now

All cinemas in australia are split into 2 sections and are divided by a walkway parrallel to the screen to get from one side to another. They also have 2 stairways running from the front to the back perpendicular to the screen so you can walk up and down the rows. I like to sit along the walkway right in the middle of the 2 sets of stairs. That way you have the best angle, are not too far from the back and not too close to the front, and have no one sitting in front of you. You also have heaps of leg room and because you are on the walkway you don't have to squeeze past people to get to the bathroom!

I like to sit around the middle or middle-top. You get a better view form there, meaning you can see the entire screen better than if you were in the front.

I mostly sit in the middle but sometimes I like to sit at the top.

in order to hear very well all sounds
and have a great view of the screen

used to sit in the back but now i like to sit in the front cause all the talking and carrying on is definitly in the back lol

Back row, unless it's a film that has audience participation (i.e. Rocky Horror), in which case I prefer the front.

I wear glasses, so I prefer to sit as far back as I possibly can.

Besides, it is usually more private back there... not as many people sit in the back.

My favorite place is in the balcony!!!
