You must be kidding. The Sun is millions of degrees Fahrenheit. It could melt lead in seconds. As far as other Stars, a good deal of them are far larger and hotter than our Sun, so it would be humanly impossible.

Sure - no problem.
The tricky bit is to survive doing that.
Perhaps if you are willing to accept that there is the possibility of our mind being able to sense things beyond the range of our physical body and its limitations, then there is a chance of 'touching' a star and surviving.
And if physicists are right, in about 5 billion years the sun will come within touching distance of any descendent of man still on the Earth. However it is unlikely that there will be any life on earth by that time.
From another perspective, all the higher elements (atomic number higher than hydrogen) are the product of stellar activity. So everytime you put on a piece of silver or gold (for instance) you are touching a star .... a long dead star.

If we can find a substance that has a melting temperature of about 10,000 degrees Fahrenheit or higher. And if we can find a way to keep the superheated gases from finding exposed skin and instantly disintegrating you then yes

The heat wouldn't kill first. The radiation pumped out by a star would get to you much much sooner...and cook you like a microwave.

Maybe- in a very long, long time. Anyone would just burn up-ouch- nowadays. Future technology may reach that feat some day.
