She did not call me when my daughter was born, I found out a week later, I'm not on the birth certificate the only time she will let me see her is when I go to her house and she won't give me any alone time with my daughter. I don't have the money to pay my baby moma even though i'm not required too and pay an attorney

Well, she doesn't have to let you do anything. Legally you have no rights. If you want to see your child on a regular basis you have to go to court and get a paternity test, which you will have to pay for. You don't need an attorney. Once you have been established as the father then you will have visitation which she will have to abide by. You will also have to pay child support. So if you want to have some say and be apart of your child's life that is what you have to do. Nine times out of ten if you step up to the plate and be a father in every sense of the word your baby mama won't be so crazy.

Sorry but my opinion is get a job, get some money help support the child & then & only then do you have rights to see the child. Oh and it is so sad I knew the slang term baby mama, but if you do get a job & support this child try refering to the mother as my childs mother something with respect.

you need to think about whether or not the child is yours
not to be rude but sounds like she's hiding something
if you feel the baby is yours
call MAURY he will help for free
or do it on your own get a job
go to court file for dna testing
ask to make a payment plan
good luck

Do what you can do,See your child as often as you can . Do you have a job? Make sure you don't have any more babies if you cant help with child care with this one. If you do help, that's great keep up the good work .

I don't give my ex alone time with our daughter either. I have plenty of logical reasons for it.

well if u think the child is urs then talk with a lawyer and have a paternity test done. that was very wrong of her to with hold the news that the child was urs. she dont want u around she justs wants ur child support money .................u need to just try to work around her and u will get to see ur daughter and have parternity rights to her if she is infact urs. GOOD LUCK .......i hate drama and there is no way to escape it if this is ur child.
