Highest rated cartoon: TV MA: Spawn: The Animated Series. Very brutal cartoon.

Highest Rated cartoon in ratings: The Flintstones. But The Simpsons just might break it.

I think there are some that are rated R for blood, gore, language, nudity, and sexual content, but I don't read or watch them because I'm under aged. >^-^<
