Sure. I think everyone has their blue days. However, if you are feeling sad on a regular basis, for more than 2 weeks, you might want to see a doctor. It could be depression. But for the most part, a slight feeling of sadness for no reason, once in awhile, is normal.

Yes. Many people say it's because an angel is nearby, but I thought that would make you feel good things, not sadness

Yes. It is usually due to something depressing that is occupying my subconscious. Once I figure out what it is and confront it, the sadness starts to subside.
