(Flintstones) closet homosexuals. My kids tell me Burt and Ernie sleep in the same room and are gay.

No Fred and Barney likely weren't... but, Bert and Ernie slept in separate beds, and never officially came out of the closet.

Fred and Barney were each married. Fred to Wilma and Barney to Betty, so I highly doubt they were gay.

Bert and Ernie were best friends and room mates on sesame street.

why is it that you can't even have cartoons or children's tv without someone wanting to ruin it by making or thinking some character is gay. Im soooo sick and tired of that already.

Seriously. Why does 2 male cartoon characters that have a good friendship have to be accused of being gay? Even if there's no signs or hints of it. I mean with that old commercial with Popeye & Bluto. It had some little hints. But theres nothing that would proof it with Fred & Barney.

Homosexulaity weren't invented in the cave man period. Modern 20th century came up with the idea. It was called brotherly love during those times.
