a 12 page report when she only has 1 page done what can she do she has as much info has she could find but not enough for a 12 page ease and its on parental consent for abortion and she needs to write on the law and her opion

Tell her that procrastination is not going get her through college. It's pointless to wait until the last minute to start a 12 page paper and now you are doing her work for her.
Try planned parenthood for some background information on the paper and then try google to find more about parental consent for a particular state.
