Scratch it of course , so same thing here if the urge gets ya then go for it, period or no period,

like everyone else has said, it's messy and also keep the pad on, not a plug in there when having your fun.

Not bad, but it could be messy. Get a dark colored towel and lay on it, this way you won't mess up your sheets.
