To be exact. G-Force was a dubbed down name for Cartoon Network. It's really named Gatchaman. A new box set of the show just got released over a year ago that shows how the show was originally aired. Dubbed with new voices by seiyuu (voice actors) such as illich gaurdion and Luci Christian.
Their real names were Keith, Joe, Ryu, Jinpei, and June.
To tell you this. I too watched it when it was G Force on cartoon network long ago. And i really loved it. But now that i seen it at how it was truly set up. I love it even more. Although i do find it corny at times. I still love it.

i used to love this cartoon along with speed racer and transor z.
this was my introduction to anime.
