No, it's unable to digest it properly. So that would either do nothing for it...or make it really sick.

No. The elephant can only digest about 40% of what grasses, branches and leaves it eats. It makes up for this inefficiency by eating in bulk. It is a obligate herbivore.

No it won't.

It's an herbivore and even then, it's digestive system is really poor and more than half of what it eats comes out without getting digested so there is no way it can digest meat.
