Do you want concert Bb, or the key of Bb on the saxophone? All you need to do is search on google for blues scale and tons of pages and even images of a blues scale come up. No matter the key it is:
Tonic (note of the scale-e.g. Bb), a minor 3rd up from that (2 notes above the tonic but lowered a half step-Db), a full step above that (Eb), A half step above that (E natural), a half step above that (F natural), a minor third above that (Ab), and then tonic again.

isnt it a matter of transposition? im not sure, what you mean, but if its a Bb scale on a C instrument, im guessing it would be an E scale on an Eb instrument
