I'm a size 12. I want to get back to an 8 (at least) and I want to try barfing to see how quickly I can drop the weight. I want to know from those who've done it before what's the best way. How do you keep your energy up and keep from passing out?
And I've excersized before and I hated every second of it so you work out junkies need not reply.
And I already know I'll be taking the less intelligent lazy route, but I really don't care so you need not reply with that either. It's my body and I can do what I want with it. At leasy I'm not doing crank to get skinny.
Remember, I just want to do it for a few months and loose about 20-30 lbs.

I'm not trying to be funny at all hummingmeanbird. some people can be so hateful.
I don't want my teeth to rot or my esophagus to be damaged, I just want to be a little thinner.
For about 3 & a half months I walked really hard for 3 miles everyday and saw very little change and I don't really eat that much. I drink water. I use all sugar free products and whole wheat and whole grain.
Screw it!!!!!! I just don't know what the heck to do.

Bulemia is not a good way to lose weight. Apart from the health factors,
1. After you throw up you get hungry again quickly. So you're right back where you started.
2. If you don't eat you *will* have less energy and you *will* be faint. The fact that food briefly visited your gut does not change this.

Pure bulemics don't tend to be thin, in my experience. Rather the opposite. Thin bulemics usually are anorexic, who starve themselves and then occasionally vomit when they have betrayed whatever arcane rules they have set up for "acceptable" food consumption. Bulemia also tends to be obvious to your friends and family, which will set you up for a visit to the psych ward.

It's a serious mental disorder. Not a game.

I've noticed that you said "try bulimia for a while", however, if you want to keep the wait off this option is not possible. It is not healthy to even try to become bulimic. Not only will you end up slowing down your metabolism because you will more than likely be digesting less than 1,200 calories a day, but also you can rot your teeth, burn your throat and other very serious consquences. To lose weight and keep it off you have to remember a few things:
1. Change your lifestyle. Permenant change towards a healthier lifestyle will ensure you keep the wait off
2. Lose weight at a resonable pace. It is recommended that you lose 2-3 pounds a week. This ensures you are losing weight in a healthy fashion and also you are more like to KEEP IT OFF.
3. Likewise you have to have resonable goals. Start out small. Try to lose 5 pound the first month. Losing a large amount of weight in a small amount of time is not healthy
4. If you drink soda stop. Diet soda isnt good for you either, studies show that the artificial sweetners may hinder weight lose. Drink lots of water, if its dull at lemon or other fruit for some flavor. You will notice a big difference in a week or two if you start drinking more water, plus you'll probably eat less. It is estimated that over 1/3 of the calories consumed are in drinks (juice and pop) its ok to have these at times but focus on drinking water.
5. Lastly I recommed you get a weight lose buddy. Somebody to keep you accountable. It really helps. Also, try walking with them. It is best to lose weight by changing your diet and excerising. Walking is light and can be fun if you do it with a friend!

I know being bulimic sounds great...until you really experience the consquences. Its your body yes, but you could be causing it more harm than good. Have your goal be feeling healthy...that mean losing weight in a postive manner!

Don't hurt your body! its not worth it, plus I am confident you can lose weight in a healthy way!

sorry to tell you this honey but bulimia will not help you loose weight. acutely bulimics are normally a little over weight and stay that way or gain more. why you ask? because they royally screw up their metabolism. there body goes into shock starvation mode and stores everything that it absorbs...and if you binge some of that will get absorbed and then stick to your butt like glue. try a life style change of a healthy diet and exercise if you want to loose weight. if you don't believe about the weight gain thing go read about it, its a medical fact...along with rotten teeth and throat problems from the acid. if it still sounds like something you wanna try go right on a head...I'll laugh my *** of knowing you'll get fatter not thinner. kind of a sick sense of humor i know but to go to some extreme with out listening to science is silly. so go for it maybe it will help you pile on another 5 or 10 lbs... but if you really are interested in losing maybe try working out in a different way (walking through the park with a friend for a half hour a day, walking around the mall, always park really far from the the store or from work) but what ever gain away if you think it will do something for you.

Are you crazy, why in the hell do you want to barf out your food.
Don't even go there, just try the normal way, yeah it will take a
while but at least you won't end up being sick. Try changing your eating habits. Force your self not to eat all the good stuff. Start
reading the labels. It's hard I know cause I too want to lose weight and it just goes up and down. Not like I want it too, And
then here comes the Holidays. What we need to do is serve less food on our plates. No more 2nds and 3rds. Stop eating fatty
foods, try eating smaller portions like a kid would eat. Skip lunch
but have your breakfast, Never eat after 5'O'clock. If your going to eat a snack then eat healthy food. Fuji Apples are sweet.
just what ever you do is don't start forcing your food out of your
stomach.

Hi, My love of my life lived the life you are about to try. It would be well advisable to not to do this as this very well could cause you health issues later in life. My love is very young but has lost most of her teeth because of her bulimia. She also is starting, and knows others, who are experiencing oesophagus damage and suffer from that. I am not sure what your fettish is about losing weight, but believe me, a size 12 is good and probable looks really healthy on you unless you are only 4' tall. Please reconsider. The one who loves you will also have to suffer through your choices in life. I think it is time to make more wise ones, try just keeping in shape. You will look, as I am sure you do now, AMAZING !!!

It's your body and you can do whatever you want with it. I had bulimia. You won't stop after a few months, and you have no idea of how bad that is for your body, if you love your body so much that you want to make it look good then don't do this. Please don't. I lost loads of weight in a healthy way after I recovered from my bulimia. Just try a diet, don't exercise then, but try a diet that's a lot better than hurt your body.

did u know, that a for the first few weeks you loose weight, but then u start piling it back on?? its true! its coz as soon as u eat u chuck and ur body gets no nutrients (eventually leading to death, HA!), so, when u DO eat, ur body says "oh look! food! lets it eat before the moron throws it up!" so ur body grabs all the nutrients it can, which in turn makes u fatter then what u already are!

you really shouldn't do it because i started doing it about 4 years ago and i got to the size i wanted to be and i wanted to stop but every time i ate something my body would just throw it back up!! i couldnt stop!! i was really scared ..... i had to go to the hospital and have all sorts of treatment and stuff done!! i'm fine now but the whole experience is horrible!! if you want to lose weight try diet and exercise!! or just don't eat at all.......... whats the point of eating if you're just gonna throw it back up? ..... but if you really want to do it then i can't stop you ......... so you should throw it up right after you eat! like 5 minutes after............... don't wait tooo long or your body will start deigesting it !!! .......... hope i could help!! : )
