im in highschool but everywhere i go people think im in fourth grade how can i seem like im a senior?

im short and have a bay-ish face
makeup just makes me look stupid
but i have really awsome hair its super curly platnum blond natural

i literally have gotten forth grade before, but most guesses are 6th grade
people go "oh" when i tell them im actually in highschool
people who answer dress older, hem hem alittle help! i dont want to go around school in a bikini and a skirt up to my butt

Party as often as you can.

Changing the way you dress will just make people resent you more.

Well what grade are you in, for real?? lol...But really, I know EXACTLY what you are talking about. I'm 28 years old and people still think I'm about 14 or 15. I too am short, and have a round face. I've gotten the same reaction from people that you get, for years. I used to get so upset about it, and tried everything in the world. Makeup, how I dressed, how I talked, etc. And finally I realized that the people that mattered to me most, didn't care about how young I looked. They liked me for who I was. And they still do. So I finally stopped caring what everyone else thought, or how old they thought I was. I find it funny now...that I can go into a grocery store and buy a bottle of wine, and I have my driver's license out before they even ask, b/c I KNOW I'm going to be carded. LOL I've even made a game out of it with some people...I'll ask someone I just met to guess how old I am, and it's fun to see how far off the mark they are. Also, expect women to tell you as you get older to "appreciate the fact" that you look young, b/c when you're middle-aged, you will be glad about that. lol I must hear that at least once a week. I just nod and smile. Seriously, you're fine the way you are. People who matter to you won't mind, and the people who mind...don't matter. (Dr. Seuss said that!) wow not many girls look younger than they do n your 1 of those luky girls. Yeah i no how u feeln Im an 8th sopos 2 b a fresh-man n people use 2 think i was in a lower grade but no more cuz i get mad n every1 nos me. try 2 let people no u more o dont 4get dont change n peoples attention but in a bad way

i was the same way, tried makeup, looked like a clown to me, my brothers would wipe it off my face, so i left it alone, and im glad i did, no one believes my age today, the girls that did wear makeup and got alot of attention then, now looks much much older than me and now i get the attention. Enjoy yourself as you are , youre naturally beautiful. Count it as a blessing.

I know you may not want to hear this but don't bother trying to look older. My wife had the same problem in highschool and now that she's 31 she still looks like she's in her early 20's. Consider yourself lucky.

4th grade? that is just to small. I'm a freshman and I'm really short. people think I'm in 6th grade, not 4th grade. your hair seems cool though. dress like seventeen year olds, then people will think you're not in 4th grade.

Maybe you could change your hair style and clothes...
Try light make-up.
Some glasses could make you look older either!

wear heels and jeans, some makeup, leave ur hair down all the time, wear clothes that show off ur assets
