Logical Democrat. That's an oxymoron. No they can't impeach Rumsfeld. He hasn't done anything wrong.

The Constitution (Article II, Section 4) states,

"The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors."

Rumsfeld would be considered a "civil Officer", and could thus be impeached. There is some precedent - in 1876, the Secretary of War (the precursor to the Secretary of Defense position), William Belknap, was impeached for corruption; he was acquitted but had already resigned.

They can and probably do everything to disrupt the governing of this country. They've been doing that for the past 6 years and *IF* they win will continue to do so until this country goes down in flames.

No of course not, he holds an appointed position. A real logical democrat (if they actually existed) would know that.

I thought you were supposed to be "logical?" See, I knew that didn't make sense. You can only impeach a President, logical.
