I need some help with Biology?

I'm doing a crossword puzzle, and i need 2 things.
1. a 11-letter word for an organelle that helps remove excess water;_____vacuole
(2nd letter is 'o'
4th letter is 't' and
9th letter is 'i')

2. a 11- letter word for when molecules spread evenly in an area.
( 1st letter is 'e'
4th letter is 'i'
6th letter is 'i'
8th letter is 'r' and
10th letter is 'u')

please help! (and i'm not just another teen trying to get free answers, the teacher was absent and not able to explain any of this stuff, and it's not in our book)
