Let’s pretend Jesus is willing to resurrect one person from the dead… the rest of your guests must be currently living.

And of course, as the host, you get to choose the first topic of conversation too!

I'd have him resurrect Nietzsche, who rationalized that God -- and therefore Jesus -- could not exist. Either that will lead to some really riveting debate, or an uncomfortable silence that would last through the apple crisp and after-dinner coffee.

(Which is why I'd also invite The Doobie Brothers -- they could groove all night long, should it be necessary)

The only way you will be eating dinner with Jesus is in Heaven, and then there will be many there to include in your plans. It may be nice to pretend, but its time we take this all serious, as Jesus is coming soon. The Bible lists things that show proof it is soon, and they are almost all in place.
Then, lets have dinner together with jesus. Wont it be wonderful. I pray you are there. and can be with all your family that went there before you, KOOOOL < HUH?

Lazarus.

In the Bible the shortest sentence is "Jesus Wept." If you know anything about the Bible, you will know why I chose Lazarus! it has to do with the above quote.

Topic! How are you doing. After just coming back to life, no serious talks, just a friendly get together, with pleasant conversation.

I'll trade in Jesus for my Grandfather, then I'll take Martin Luther King Jr, Bob Dylan, Bono, Nelson Mandela. Topic, fixing up this world.
