Star Wars - even before it was known as A New Hope. I went to the theater 17 times to see it...I went every Tuesday and Friday showing for several weeks.

The first one, no doubt is the best, and the the 2 came after it. I use to think "The Return of The Jedi" was the best as a kid, but now rewatching all of them again made me realized the first one was the best for its originality. It does have a good story line with the motion pictures. It really fits well.

Episodes 4,5, and 6 were the only ones worth remembering.
Of those three (tough choice), I would probably pick Empire Strikes Back first, closely followed by A New Hope, then ROTJ as a distant third.
The newer three films were an insult!

It was originally 'The Empire Strikes Back' but I really enjoyed 'Revenge of the Sith', so I have to give it the slight nod over Empire.
