Someone sent me this book to read, I don't want to be rude and say "I didn't enjoy it" "I've tried hard, but in 5 days I've only made it to page 38" or "It bores me". Truth is, it puts me to sleep and I can't imagine reading it. But I know that my friend will want to talk about the book and ask questions about what I thought.

Can anyone tell me in detail about it? Or maybe a website that will tell me? I love reading ~ but this book doesn't interest me. Thanks

It's strange, I have had the same reaction to books by Nicholas Sparks. And the covers are always so beautiful, makes you really want to read them.

Um, seriously, could you just put "Nicholas Sparks" into the search bar of you're computer. That might do it.

Or try any big bookseller. Barnes and Noble, Amazon, Borders - You might have to join to search inside the book. But that is mostly totally free, as far as I know, and then they will even let you read a few pages.

I have never heard of a fee being charged.
