Take into consideration there are still a lot of votes out there...but here's my take on it.

House representatives tend to be more in-touch with constituents because they're almost constantly working for re-election (since their terms are only 2 years, as opposed to the Senate 6-year term). Approval ratings for reps are substantially higher, and they are well-known locally. Again, though, anything can happen tonight, there's still a lot undecided.
