I gained a lot of weight during an injury, and have lost all of it, and then some. I am female, but put it on a Male site, because I feel men sometimes are more indepth with the muscle workouts
I have lost 170 as of today!! :)
I exercise, and did do weights, but now I am so busy.
I have extra skin under my arms, and yucky cottage cheese looking flab inbetween my thighs!!
HELP!!!
I am 32, I wont be the size I was in my 20's, but is there ANYTHING I can do??

Thanks!

Skin has some elastic qualities that allows it to stretch to conform to your weight without tearing. However when you are overweight for an extended period of time the skin will stretch and it is going to stay like that. The only way to correct the problem is with surgery. The cottage cheese flab in your thighs is fat. It is usually referred to as cellulite, but it is still fat. Losing more weight might get rid of it, but everybody has some fat that they cannot get rid off. It might be that your only option is liposuction.

Its typical that your muscle mass harm the primary week. what you must've performed the primary day isn't have taken it to the restrict in order that it would not have harm such a lot. its k in case you return to the wieghts wile you continue to believe anguish however do not fear, the anguish will leave by means of the moment week. Oh and do not forget that you just must provide a break day for each set of muscle mass. What you'll be able to do is on sooner or later have the again and legs and tricepts after which at the moment day you'll be able to have the chest the bicepts and shoulders. if you do not do that your muscle mass may not be equipped to develop. sit down ups (abs) can also be performed everday. well good fortune.
