Absolutely! If I eat any cheese within an hour or so of going to bed I have weird dreams like floating above everything. One time I dreamt about a sticky bun floating through space! I believe I had eaten a lot of brie that night!

I had a dream as quickly as the place I awoke throughout the time of the day, and that i walked around in my residing house and each little thing replaced into quiet, so I went down stairs to flow exterior and as quickly as I opened the door, the sky replaced into purple with what recognized like typhoon clouds, and that i replaced into the only guy or woman alive on earth, very almost as though a great war had broken out and that i replaced into the only one left. That wasn't the extra serious section however, the section that bothered me the main replaced into my daughters weren't there with me, this is the section that somewhat creeped up my backbone and freaked me out.

No, this is a myth. I've often eaten cheese before going to bed with no effects on my dreams

I have heard that eating cheese before you go to bed gives you nightmares, not sure how true it is though.
