Any famous guitarists you'd like to mention?

Hello everyone. I am wondering if they're are any specific guitarists that are famous and don't have a complicated name. I'm in a bit of a block, so if you could help me out, that would be great! Thanks!

Well the greatest has to be Steve Vai. Unbelievable man. Others would be Joe satriani, Eric Johnson, Yngwei Malmsteen, and if you want a really weird and cool sound, try Ron Thal.
Other than the standards (Clapton, Hendrix etc.) those guys are unbelievably technically sound.
