I call them the hit & run artists of yahoo.
in other words; they slam people then hide behind their monitor.

I block mine so the "rudest people from both parties" won't e-mail me. I used to have all my info up; IM and e-mail, but that was a mistake. I would receive some rather uncouth messages from some real idiots.

When I first came on here, I had this one woman e mail me and just basically judge me. (It was boorish behavior, to say the least.) Like an idiot, I responded back; she responded back, and I responded back a second time. Then she had the guts to put a question that I was harassing her when she was the one harassing me. I complained to Yahoo Answers and I see that she hasn't posted a question or answer since that time. I don't know if Yahoo Answers pulled her account or if she just decided to not do Yahoo Answers anymore. But it was a trip, because she was incredibly vindictive.

Yes, I have so many times wanted to directly discuss issues with "John Skerry". However, he does not allow emails. Appearently there are people out there that are scared of real, intellegent debate.

That's a pretty broad brush you have there girlfriend!
I blocked my e-mail when someone e-mailed me and said "that was the stupidest answer she ever got." I e-mailed her back and told her that just because she didn't like my answer does not mean I'm stupid. I'm in here to enjoy myself, not to be harassed.
Also, I have so-o much less spam since I did that!

When I first came on YA, I let people e-mail me. One person on here, kept harrassing me, so I blocked it. It unfortunate, but its true. I won't say any names. He was always on the Political and the military boards. I couldn't take it anymore. And Yahoo wouldn't do anything about it when I complained, so I blocked it!

yea, I block my email from coworkers, and I know them. Why the heck would i want to waste my time dumping junk from someone I don't even know, or isn't worth waisting my time to.
