1. It will become a fold and thrust belt in the Alps.
2. A much bigger mountain chain called the Alps.
3. It will become accreted onto the northern part of the North American Craton near Alaska or Canada..
4. It will lie on the equator, or at the north pole, or somewhere in bewtween the equator or the north pole.
5. Depending on climate change and its location it will be warm or steaming hot.

The earth is not likely to be around in 250 million years. Pangea is a myth. In order to create it you have to shrink Africa by 40% and eliminate Mexico and Central American altogether.

Sounds like you have been taught this and either didn't listen or can't remember. I don't know the current paths and rate of travel of the continents so I can't help you and I know nothing about California except that it is built on one of the most dangerous fault lines under land.
