I will always remember the sound of a truck carrying glass colliding with a motorcyclist. I heard it when I was ten. We lived on the corner of a busy street when I was ten. It had a stop sign but it wasn't the only accident I was witness to.

People who breath through their mouth and make that halfway snoring sound at the same time. Or hearing someone in your house that isn't supposed to be there...it's even worse when you hear something like that and never find out what it was.

That sound Jim Carey makes in the movie "Dumb & Dumber" when he goes right up to that guy's ear and makes a weird scream.

A cat in heat!!! or pain, whatever that sound is for.. sounds like a woman screaming out help in horror..lol

to me the answer is silence and also the sound of flies buzzing near me
they are very disturbing and makes me uncomfortable!

Hearing someones flesh being cut\burnt. Its 10x worse with a visual too and then if you can smell the burnt part, it makes it unbearable.

the music they play on an intense scene during a horror movie. the music is just so eerie and freaky, i think it helps us to be scared by 50% besides the image itself.
