Maybe you should quote some hip hop that's definitely not evil... like Dear Mama by TuPac. Then you can talk about family in hip hop by talking about this TuPac song and the Eminem songs to his daughters and other stuff like that... then you could talk about how in the 90s, hip hop was usually about gangs, but it was not meant to get people to join gangs, but really to show them what life on the streets is like... There are tons of ideas out there - just pick a couple themes and use them, or your speech will probably end up way too long. I've listed a couple websites below, check them out for more help:
