What is the average height of men, in the middle east?
Is 170cm o (5.7) consider a short height of a man..or what?
is there any posibility to grow taller within 3cm or 5cm in age of 20.

5' 4" to 5' 9'' - but that's including all the exceptionally tall races and tiny pygmies. Really, it's a hopelessly wrong way to try to look at it. If you are shorter than men in your immediate society and that troubles you, then you need to research on the internet what options there are. There are multitudes of different treatments ranging from surgery to lengthen limbs - the legs in particular - and as much as 3" increase in height has been attained, to more primitive ones, employed by some African races, of stretching the neck by having metal hoops added to the neck so that it stretches over time. Body stretching through exercise is not going to gain you very much in height, maybe 1/2'' at the most. If there were pills that worked they would be big sellers I am sure. It might be better to thank God for making you just the way you are. How can he be wrong? Every single soul is regarded as a magnificent treasure by God.

I believe in something similar to god but I also believe that nothing is pre-determined. That said, many of the shorter men in America are probably shorter than average due to polution intake including cigarette and marijuana smoke. Im not sure if god intended this, but anyway.
I personally believe that you can increase your height at pretty much any time in your life, but I think its mostly possible before age 25. Body stretching can help but the thing you must understand is that the universe is made up of 98% energy and 2% matter.
The mind itself can hinder your progress with something like this, but if you KNOW for a fact without question that you are one of those people that has a late growth spurt, you just might have that final growth spurt. Provided that you are also living a very healthy lifestyle and not doing any drugs. Your environment plays a role in your development as well as your diet, as well as the HUMAN gene.
