Yes, your man is definitely betraying you and honestly speaking, I must tell you something. You've been USED! He said he'll not like it if you're doing it other men. It isn't exactly a betrayal if he's the one asking for it. Then again if it doesn't feel right to you then you shouldn't do it.
Maybe you should try explaining to your husband how you feel about his fantasy and tell him your uncomfortable with having sex in front of him.
If he doesn't understand try and make him look at it from your point of view. Ask him how he would feel if you asked him to have sex with a guy in front of you.
Try and talk things out with him, he should be able to understand how you feel if you just explain why your so reluctant.

It is difficult for a women to become pregnant by another woman.
If a woman has sex with another woman, and the guy is there, it is an opportunity to jump in and have a 3some. It isn't like he was cheating, because you had sex with her too.
