I would say boxing would be the most injuring sport. With promoting damage to your opponent being the goal of the sport, I would say that would be most injuring. Also because boxing promotes a lot of long-term damage, as well as short-term damage.

In american high school sports, the most injuries per athlete is Girls cross country, with guys cross country 2nd.

All those ankle sprians and shin splints add up. They aren't the most serious injuries, but they are still injuries.

I would assume football, but basketball is pretty intense too, as well as boxing
