i thought it was bob bryar, but different sites say different names for some reason.

Matt Pelissier was the former drummer for the band My Chemical Romance. Matt formed the band with Gerard Way, the frontman of the band, in 2001.
He was asked to leave the band by Brian Schecter after MCR realized that they could no longer be around him. Matt had issues with guitarist Ray Toro, mainly because he refused to play to a click track during live performances (which keeps the drums at a sterile rhythm). Matt was replaced with Bob Bryar as My Chemical Romance's drummer.
In the video for I'm Not Okay (I Promise) Bob Bryar is playing drums, but he wasn't actually an official member at the time of filming.

It is BOB BRYAR.
But at first they had a drummer named MATT PRELLISIER (sp?)
they changed because of an argument about Matt messing up in shows. Anyway, there you go.
